Prozitif is a Consultancy and Training Company established in 2019 to support food and beverage companies through their journey in continuous improvement.
The members of the company have decades of experience and knowledge in the management of food safety, quality, auditing and innovation management. Our unique approach in consultancy and training results in the delivery of tailor-made solutions for our clients. In this sense, we admit and declare that none of our projects are similar to the other.

Tülay Kahraman
Tülay Kahraman is the Founder and Managing Director of Prozitif Training and Consultancy. She’d worked 25 years in production, QEHS, auditing and R&D functions for food companies; including The Coca-Cola Company, Mondelez International and pladis, with various leadership responsibilities. She had held global senior positions in designing Business Processes like, Innovation Management and Specification Management, as well as operational positions in leading Regional RD, Quality, EHS teams & Auditing functions. Her active role in operations resulted in significant experience in risk & crisis management, problem solving and lean manufacturing, besides her expertise on quality, food safety, innovation and auditing.
Tülay is a Food Engineer and holds an MBA degree. In line with her particular area of interest in organizational behavior and learning, she has completed her second master program in Industrial Psychology and is currently working on her thesis. Tülay blends her expertise in technical arena with her knowledge on organizational psychology and designs solutions which creates better learning experience.
Deniz Özcan
She previously worked as an R&D intern at UNO A.Ş. While continuing her education in Food Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, she did a long-term internship in the Quality, Safety and Environment department of The Coca-Cola Company for more than 1 year. After graduation, she now builds her career working full-time at Prozitif, where she worked as a part-time Junior Consultant for 6 months in her career.
Deniz Baldoğdan
Graduated from Istanbul technical University in 2021, completing her internships at production departments in Coca-Cola içecek and Natura Gıda also she had worked in Coca-Cola Company at long term R&D intern position for a year during her studies. After graduation she worked in IFF for around 7 months at R&D. Nowadays she is working in Prozitif as an intern while she is contınuing her master studies in Food Biotechnology at University of Padova / Italy.
