Allergen Management Training

The training, which is based on the methods to be followed in an effective allergen management, risk identification and preparation of the allergen map of the enterprise, is planned for 1 full day.

Delegates
All food professionals who will start or work in the food sector can participate in the training.

Course Assessment
At the end of the training delegates are evaluated through the assignment they are prepared in accordance with the content of the training. The assignment is uploaded to the system where the delegates registered for the training (in 1 month for face-to-face trainings and 3 months for virtual trainings). The uploaded assignment is evaluated by the instructor. The success score is 75%. Delegates who have fully attended the course, would have "Certificate of Participation". When they also achieve 75% score from the exam, they would be entitled to have "Certificate of Achievement".
